UX - Case Study (B2B)
At the heart of a collaborative project, with three colleagues and myself, embarked on a journey as a designer with a compelling narrative to unfold. Our client, a non-profit organization wrestling with the uphill battle of convincing corporations to amplify their support for climate change programs, presented us with a unique challenge. We navigated the intricacies of user interactions, ensuring that every click not only conveyed the urgency of the climate crisis but also beckoned corporations to partake in a meaningful journey. Our goal was not merely to enhance user experience but to spark a movement—a collective acknowledgment that corporations could, and should, play a pivotal role in combating climate change. In the end, our UX-driven narrative became a compelling call to action (B2B). It wasn't just a project; it was a testament to the power of design to instigate change. The success of our endeavor marked not only an achievement in UX but a transformative chapter in the ongoing saga of corporate responsibility in the face of global challenges.
